In order to ensure the normal operation of production, factories and companies generally provide some commonly used accessories in case of emergency, so that production will not be interrupted.
Commonly used laser equipment accessories generally have the following four types
1. Beam expander lens
A beam expander is a lens component that changes the diameter and divergence angle of the laser beam. For laser processing, only by adjusting the beam expander to make the laser beam into a parallel beam, can the focusing lens be used to obtain a small intense density spot; in terms of laser ranging, the ideal distance can only be obtained through the beam expander Distance measurement effect. Maximize parallelism; beam diameters can be changed with beam expanders for use with different optics and equipment; with beam expanders. Spatial filters can be used to change an asymmetric beam distribution to a symmetrical distribution or to make the light energy distribution uniform.
2.protective lens
Laser protective lenses are one of the necessary accessories for using laser welding equipment. The main function of the protective lens is to block flying debris and prevent the flying debris from damaging the lens or the operator. Both sides are covered with a damage-resistant transparent film that also reduces reflections. The replacement cycle of protective lenses is generally three months or according to the actual situation.
3.reflector
In a laser device, there are generally only one or two transmissive optical elements, usually used as the output mirror of the laser resonator and the focusing lens at the tip. In other laser systems, there may be five or more mirrors. Mirrors are used as tail mirrors or mirrors to control beam steering in laser cavities or beam delivery systems.
4.copper nozzle
The copper nozzle facilitates the rapid ejection of gas, effectively preventing debris such as molten dirt from flying upwards, and protecting the focusing lens. The copper nozzle also controls the size of the gas diffusion zone, which in turn affects the cutting quality of the laser cutter. At the same time, according to the thickness of the material to be cut, the size of the nozzle opening is changed. The replacement cycle is usually about two months.
