Compared with mechanical processing, the main advantages of laser tube cutting machines have a wide processing range, no deformation, high precision, energy saving, high degree of automation, high efficiency and individuality. Due to the characteristics of chemical processing, it is inevitable that some failures will occur in the process of using the laser pipe cutting machine.

Common failures and how to deal with them

Fault 1: The startup of the automatic laser pipe cutting machine has been disconnected Reason: The fixed-length switch has been turned on (the indicator light of the input monitoring 'fixed-length switch IN6' is green on the touch screen 'user screen', if the fixed-length switch has been turned on ) Observation measures: Check whether the fixed-length baffle is damaged, check whether the covered wire is covered with skin and iron, and check whether the dust removal rod is consistent with the fixed length. The plug is connected.

Fault 2: The fixed-length servo does not return when cutting. Reason: a) The origin switch of the fixed-length servo is in the ON position. Remedy: Check if the main switch is covered by iron sheets.

Reason: b) The cutting length is too short. Remedy: Add an iron plate to the fixed-length baffle to prevent the origin switch from being turned on during cutting.

Reasons: c) Coupling damage or loose screws. Remedy: Replace the coupling and tighten the screws. Failure case 3: The laser head touches the workpiece surface. Cause a) The pipe diameter is not set correctly. Remedy: Measure the pipe diameter.

Reason b: The parameter "distance from origin to tube center" is inaccurate. Remedy: Resize this.

Reason c: The setting of "Nozzle Height" is too small. Remedy: Increase this parameter. Note that increasing this parameter may change the focus. Reason d: The anti-collision signal line of the laser head is damaged or invalid, the protective cover is touched during wiring, or the laser head is covered with iron powder. Remedy: Measure continuity between nozzle and frame with multimeter, clean iron powder and check wiring.
