CNC machining centers must achieve regular maintenance, especially the inspection of the spindle. So, how can the CNC machining factory avoid the failure of the spindle of the CNC machining center?

1. Use a multimeter to measure the working voltage of the CNC machine tool machining center. The study found that if the working voltage is normal, other CNC lathes next to it can handle the reason for the unstable working voltage when the same grid is working normally

 2. If there is no wetting problem, it may be caused by poor bearing fit. When the spindle of the CNC machining center is running, use a long rod against the approximate position of the bearing installed on the headstock, and use a long rod against the earlobe of the maintenance personnel to listen to the sound of the shaft in operation. Sounds free of abnormal sounds, which eliminates the possibility of bearing failure

 3. Check that the amount of grease on the CNC lathe of the CNC machining center is in the normal working area, the air intake system is normal, the oil passage has no oil leakage, short circuit and other faults, and eliminate the lubrication fault

Try to find out the fault of the spindle of the CNC machining center. Fourth, there is no problem with the lubrication of the CNC machining center. The problem may lie in the internal structure of the headstock. Open the internal structure of the spindle box, check the connection between the spindle motor and the synchronous belt in the middle of the spindle, and gently press the transmission belt between the two pulleys to show the tightness

 5. There is no problem with the connection between the motor of the spindle CNC machining center and the intermediate synchronous belt of the spindle. When checking the timing belt between the spindle and the servo motor, it was found that the timing belt was seriously damaged. After replacing the new timing belt, the system software shows that the spindle speed ratio is normal, which can rule out the spindle failure of the CNC machining center.
