What are the commonly used materials for sheet metal processing? Commonly used materials for sheet metal processing parts are cold-rolled sheet (SPCC), hot-rolled sheet (SHCC), galvanized sheet (SECC, SGCC), copper (CU) brass, red copper, beryllium copper, aluminum sheet (6061, 5052, 1010 , 1060, 6063, hard aluminum, etc.), aluminum profiles, stainless steel (mirror, brushed, matte). *Different materials usually need to consider the purpose and cost of the product.

1. Cold-rolled sheet SPCC, mainly using electroplating and baking paint parts, low cost, easy to form, high material thickness ≤ 3.2mm.
2. Hot-rolled sheet SHCC, material T≥3.0mm, also uses electroplating and paint parts, low cost, but difficult to form, mainly flat plate.
3. Copper: It is mainly made of conductive materials, and its surface treatment is nickel-plated, chrome-plated or no treatment, and the cost is high.
4. Aluminum plate: general surface chromium salt (J11-A), oxidation (conductive oxidation, chemical oxidation), high cost, silver-plated nickel-plated.
5. Aluminum profile: material parts with complex cross-sectional structure are widely used in various sub-boxes. The surface treatment is the same as the aluminum plate.
6. Stainless steel: mainly used without any surface treatment, high cost.
7. Galvanized sheet SECC, SGCC. The SECC electrolytic plate is divided into N material and P material. The N material is mainly not surface treated, and the cost is high. The P sprayed parts are made of materials.
Errors should be minimized during sheet metal processing. How to do it?
When it comes to real sheet metal processing, it is impossible to have no errors. But what we need to do is to control this error within the allowable range. Therefore, when cutting, it should be ensured that the error of the shearing machine can be controlled. In addition, shear plate and CNC machining also play a role that cannot be ignored in sheet metal processing. Although the sheet metal processing parts are not large, the processing process is quite complex and requires more careful operation. Therefore, in sheet metal processing, the requirements for performance such as fatigue resistance are very high.
What are the acceptance criteria?
1. The verticality of the front and rear or left and right elevations of the box is 1mm.
2. The top surface of the panel is 0.5mm parallel to the bottom surface, and the verticality between the side surface and the bottom surface is 0.5mm.
3. After the panel is installed in the box, it should be vertical, the side is perpendicular to the bottom of the box by 0.5mm, and the parallelism between the bottom and the bottom of the box is 0.5mm.
4. The subframe for installing the circuit board or the chassis should be assembled by the tooling of the analog circuit board or the chassis. When the tooling is installed and pulled out of the socket, it should be stable. After installing the sub-box, it should be properly pasted and not allowed to float or loosen. Hard-connected plug-ins should be accurately aligned, and there should be no abnormal blockage when plugging and unplugging.
