Note 1: Bend
Bending refers to the process by which a workpiece is formed by a bending machine. Any part has a certain viewpoint or arc. If the viewpoint arc is accurate, it will not match other parts, which will result in rework or wasted material. Every point of view cannot be ignored. For example, some products require a 90-degree angle to match it. This is not possible if the angle becomes larger or smaller during the bending process. Note 2: Part length and size, part length and size are also important. As the saying goes, radishes have pits. As long as it's appropriate, it matters. If the part is larger during machining, it cannot be inserted, if the part is smaller, it will not be combined.
Pay attention to three points: shape
In sheet metal fabrication and customization, shape is very important. General technicians process through drawings provided by customers. What is the design drawing, and the processing time should meet the customer's requirements. Otherwise, why call it custom? Therefore, skilled employees should not add too much to their thinking. If they have to make a change, they have to communicate with the customer before making the change. Design can only be carried out after confirmation by the customer.
The processing flow of sheet metal parts is: preliminary product test, product processing trial production and product mass production. During product processing and trial production, we should communicate with customers in a timely manner and obtain corresponding processing evaluations before mass production. Only by fulfilling the above three points can we be regarded as qualified processing sites and processing technicians.
