1. Cut

The mechanical equipment of the cutting process is a hydraulic cutting machine, which can cut the metal plate into a basic appearance. Advantages: low production cost; defects: average precision, cutting with burrs, and a single cutting appearance is a simple rectangular frame or other simple parallel line graphics.

Before the shearing process, the specification of the part must be calculated. The size of the specification is related to the sheet metal bending half warp, the sheet metal bending angle, the material of the sheet, and the thickness of the sheet.

2. Punch

The mechanical equipment of the stamping process is a high-speed punch, which can further produce and shape the cut raw material. Various shapes of stamping dies must have different grinding tools. Generally, the grinding tools have round holes, oblong holes and punches; the precision is high.

Punch: do not remove raw materials, pay attention to the limited aspect ratio of punch, which is related to sheet, sheet thickness, punch slope angle, etc.

There are many kinds of punches, including heat exhaust holes, mounting holes, etc. Due to the hazards of sheet metal bending, the edge spacing of the design hole is limited from the edge of the plate and the edge of the sheet metal bending

3. Fiber laser cutting

If the cutting and punching process cannot remove the raw material, or the strength is easy to damage the abrasive plate, such as cutting, or there is no existing abrasive punching die, you can choose fiber laser cutting sheet metal to form the raw material before bending

Advantages: Laser cutting has no burrs, high precision, and can cut leaves, potted flowers and other graphics at will; Disadvantages: increased processing costs

4. Sheet metal bending

Production equipment: CNC bending machine, three-roll plate rolling machine

They can fold the metal sheet into the necessary appearance, which is the forming process of the part; according to the cold extrusion of the metal sheet by the CNC bending machine, the whole process is called sheet metal bending.

Sheet metal bending is the last step of sheet metal forming. There are many points that must be paid attention to whether the parts can be formed by sheet metal bending. The following net weaving will talk to you about it.

1. There is a lack of raw materials. As shown in the figure below, the punch is too high, which exceeds the plasticity of the raw material. The punch is generally used to improve the installation specifications or avoid installation contradictions. Therefore, the punch must not change the compressive strength of the raw material structure. The internal structure of the raw material cannot be changed. For example: the angle of view between the spherical surface of the punch and the reference point is 45°, and the aspect ratio is 3 times the thickness.
